Depending on the version of the Application you have downloaded, these App Terms include Apple’s or Google Android’s terms and conditions and privacy policies. If there is any dispute between these App Terms and the Platform Terms then these App Terms will predominate.

AMRITSAR GUIDE thus grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your individual, non-commercial use and only on an Apple or Android device (“Device”) as authorized by the applicable Platform Terms and under the App Terms (“User License”). All other rights in the App are held by AMRITSAR GUIDE.

In the case of your violation of these App Terms, we will be labeled to terminate the User License immediately.

You accept that your agreement with your mobile network provider (“Mobile Provider”) will employ your use of the App. You accept that you may be commissioned by the Mobile Provider for data services while utilizing specific features of the App or any such third party charges as may appear and you affirm responsibility for such charges. If you are not the bill payer for the Device being used to access the App, you will be deemed to have obtained permission from the bill payer for using the App.

You confirm that where you use services provided by Apple or Google (or any other third parties) in contact with your use of the App, you will be subject to Apple’s, Google’s (or the applicable third party’s) terms and conditions and privacy policy and you should assure that you have read such terms.

The AMRITSAR GUIDE name and logo, and other AMRITSAR GUIDE Trust trademarks, co-operation marks, graphics and logos used in association with the App are trademarks of AMRITSAR GUIDE (collectively “AMRITSAR GUIDE Trademarks”). Additional trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos utilised in connection with the App are the trademarks of their owners (collectively “Third-Party Trademarks”). The AMRITSAR GUIDE Trademarks and Third-Party Trademarks may not be reproduced, imitated or used, in whole or in part, outwardly the prior written permission of AMRITSAR GUIDE or the appropriate trademark holder. The App/website and the content highlighted in the App/website are shielded by copyright, trademark, patent and other intellectual property and restrictive rights which are reserved to AMRITSAR GUIDE and its licensors.

You accept not to use the App in any way that:

AMRITSAR GUIDE holds the right to control the defense and settlement of any third party claim for which you reimburse AMRITSAR GUIDE under these App and Website Terms and you will assist us in exercising such rights.
