At the South-eastern end of the Sarovar of Tarn Taran Sahib there is a beautiful three-storey Gurudwara which is known as Sri Darbar Sahib. The upper part of this Gurudwara is decorated with glittering gold-plated sheets. In the earthquake of 1905 the lotus dome of this Gurudwara was damaged which was later on repaired and it has ornamental gold pinnacle which has umbrella shape gold finial. The Guru Granth Sahib is seated on a platform under a beautiful dome covered with gold plated metal sheets. This throne was offered by KanvalNauNihal Singh.
